Anti-Spam Agreement

1) While purchasers of the thebestgenius.com Package may sell offer our memberships as an affiliate seller, the thebestgenius.com Package may not be be advertised through the use of Spam, such as, but not limited to, unsolicited E-mail, commercial mass mailings, and any other unsolicited commercial advertisements.
2) If you are found in violation of spamming, you forfeit your right to own, resell, or promote the thebestgenius.com Package. Www.thebestgenius.com has the right to revoke any and all memberships of the purchaser upon violation of this agreement. Thebestgenius.com also has the right to terminate your membership for any reason at any time not specifically noted. 3) Spamming may also result in state and/or federal prosecution under applicable law. |
